No. araka messages them a proper meeting invite from an approved template, with a link and a reminder. They can reply STOP anytime and we never message them again.
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp. You connect Google once (calendar, meet, contacts — gmail only when you ask) and from then on it's just texting.
You enter the WhatsApp number you'll message from on the activation page, say hi — a 30-second onboarding confirms it's you, and you're booking.
Only when you ask, and read-only. Sending mail happens in a form the assistant never sees — your words go straight from the form to Gmail.
Message STOP in chat or email hey@araka.app. No lock-in, no dark patterns. Your data is deletable any time with "delete my data".
Your Google tokens are Fernet-encrypted at rest. The AI never autonomously accesses your data — every action requires your explicit request. Data is never sold or used to train models. Full details in our privacy policy.
