1 · the service

araka is a scheduling assistant operating over whatsapp. it books, moves and cancels calendar events only after your explicit confirmation, sends reminders, keeps notes and to-dos, and can search your linked gmail. it is a tool, not a person; verify anything important.

2 · your account

you must own the whatsapp number you activate and be authorised to link any google account you connect. keep your login private; you're responsible for activity under your account.

3 · billing & cancellation

service is billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout (currently $100/month). cancel anytime by texting STOP or emailing hey@araka.app; access continues to the end of the paid period. coupon codes are single-account and may be withdrawn for abuse.

4 · acceptable use

don't use araka to spam, harass, or message people who've opted out (araka honours STOP automatically). don't probe, flood or reverse-engineer the service. we may suspend accounts that put the number or other users at risk.

5 · availability & limits

we target 24/7 operation with a 60-second reminder heartbeat, but this is a single-instance service: rare maintenance windows happen, and we say so. rate limits apply (20 messages/minute per user) to keep the assistant fast for everyone.

6 · liability

araka is provided "as is". to the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed meetings beyond credited service time, or losses arising from unverified assistant output.
